This website (biplane.dev) is operated by Netverse Social, Inc. ("we", "us"). It presents the Biplane project — an open-source, agent-automated project-management workspace built on Plane.

2. The website

This site is informational. We provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time.

3. The software

The Biplane web application is distributed separately from this site under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). Other Biplane components, integrations, and services may be distributed and licensed separately, each under its own terms. Your use of any software is governed by its own license, not by these terms. The software is provided without warranty; see the applicable license for the full disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt this site, misrepresent your affiliation with us, or use the site to violate any applicable law.

5. Contact form and anti-abuse

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-abuse check operated by Cloudflare, Inc. When you submit the form, Turnstile runs a brief, typically invisible verification in your browser to distinguish genuine submissions from abusive automation; submissions that fail verification are rejected. We use it solely to protect the form — not to track you. Turnstile's processing is described in Cloudflare's own privacy documentation. See also our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services (GitHub, Plane, and others). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netverse Social, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
